Characteristic of the operation: Construction of a 38-unit building (T1 to T5) and a restaurant. The project is part of a specific request for the construction of a neo-classical building near a castle of Romainville (1630), the Saint-Germain church (1785) of the town hall (1873 ), and the neighboring building (19th century).
